BirdDog’s NDI converter line — SDI4K, HDMI4K, QUAD, Flex, Play, and Studio — is now connected to Showcaller.
What the BirdDog NDI converter integration unlocks
Converters are the part of an NDI workflow that’s easy to forget about until one of them isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. They sit at the edge of the network, quietly turning SDI or HDMI into NDI (or back), and when something’s wrong with a source, the converter is one of the first places worth checking — usually by walking over to it. Now that’s a question you can ask instead.
This pairs naturally with the Tractus NDI Router integration: the router handles where a signal goes, the converter handles getting it onto the network in the first place, and Showcaller can now see and control both ends of that chain.
BirdDog joins Tractus NDI Router, vMix, Blackmagic ATEM, Behringer X32/Midas M32, Behringer XAir/Midas MR, MA Lighting grandMA2/grandMA3, Shure Wireless, Sennheiser EW-DX, Panasonic PTZ, Bitfocus Companion, Netgear AV, QLab, Allen & Heath SQ, and Ubiquiti AV.
